Core Educational Programs

At Bright Stars Learning Centre Inc., we provide a nurturing environment where children grow, learn, and thrive. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to meet the unique developmental needs of every child, from their first steps through their school years.

Infant Program (Birth – 12 Months)

  • Focus: Relationship-based care, secure attachments, and individualized routines.

  • Curriculum: 123 Learn Curriculum (aligned with Minnesota ECIPs).

  • Key Activities: Sensory exploration, tummy time (physical development), and responsive communication (babbling interaction).

Toddler Program (12 – 36 Months)

  • Focus: Independence, self-regulation, and vocabulary expansion.

  • Curriculum: 123 Learn Curriculum.

  • Key Activities: Play-based learning centers, movement coordination, and social-emotional peer interaction.

Preschool Program (3 – 5 Years)

  • Focus: School readiness, early literacy, and math confidence.

  • Curriculum: 123 Learn Curriculum (structured around ECIPs and NAEYC standards).

  • Key Activities: Intentional lesson planning, science exploration, creative arts, and phonological awareness.

School-Age Program (Kindergarten & Older)

  • Focus: Academic enrichment and social development.

  • Curriculum: MobyMax (Personalized digital learning for reading and math).

  • Key Activities: Homework assistance, STEM projects, and recreational play.

Operational Services & Family Support

  • Convenient Hours: Open Year-Round, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • Nutrition: Daily schedule includes healthy meals and snacks.

  • Safety First: Active supervision, secure infant sleep practices, and regular emergency drills (fire, weather, lockdown).

  • Financial Assistance: We proudly accept the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).

  • Inclusion: Individualized learning plans for children with special needs or diverse backgrounds.

Hours Service is based on the hours the parents can chose from the service hours example 2 hours or 5 hours

Daily Service

Daily Service is based on 9 hours 8 hours for service and one 1 for transportation  

03

Weekly Service

Weekly service is based on the parents can choose 3-5 days from the week

We welcome kids into our 2-4’s program based on their birth year.
